* creation of Beauty Bars planograms for cosmetics brands for CZ/SK markets based on the CEE guidelines
* ensure effectiveness of the planograms in the context of ROS and Costs of inserts and merchandising
* creation of visual upgrades of existing Beauty Bars in line with brands’ strategy & global upgrades deployment with the most efficient manner and in-line with CEE Instore strategy
* responsibility for submission of ROI driven Capex for CZ&SK
* effective budget planning and management for all BB upgrades, merchandising, HotSpots and secondaries
* supervision and conduction of Beauty Bars updates for all NPDs
* creation & production of secondary displays
* management of the process of development and delivery of in-store materials for novelties, ensuring cost optimization, right quality, and speed to market
* management an external warehouse & merchandiser connected with POS & Beauty Bars service

who we are looking for
* fluency in written and spoken Czech and English
* practical knowledge of visual merchandising, planogram rules & POS designs development & production
* proven track record of large & complex project management
* advanced Excel knowledge is a must
* strong analytical skills
* advanced interpersonal skills & negotiating skills
* good organization and planning skills
